Yell

The exhibition “YELL” was curated to celebrate and symbolize the growing friendship between Japan and Denmark. For 150 years, these two countries have shared an alliance rooted in goodwill, understanding, and a mutual passion for art, design, and cultural expression. In an era marked by global division, “YELL” highlights the importance of cross-cultural appreciation and connection despite differences.

Mille Kalsmose contributed "Mnemonic Archive," crafted from brass, Chinese and Japanese double-woven paper dyed in cherry juice and red pigment.
